Welcome to TagManagerBuilder (the “Site”), operated by Humayun Kabir (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site and its tools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TagManagerBuilder provides free online tools that generate Google Tag Manager (GTM) container configuration files (JSON) and related resources for platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Test before you publish. Generated containers are templates. You must import them into a non-production or workspace environment, review every tag, trigger, and variable, and use GTM Preview and Debug mode before publishing to a live site.
- Provide correct information. Items such as measurement IDs, pixel IDs, and event settings must be accurate and belong to you or your client.
- Follow the law. You are responsible for lawfully using tracking on your sites, including obtaining required consent, providing privacy notices, and complying with the terms of Google and any other platform you connect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Use the output to collect data without legally required notice or consent
- Scrape, crawl, or overload the Service, or use automated means to bulk-generate output beyond reasonable use
- Attempt to bypass lead-capture, rate limits, or security controls
- Probe, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service itself as your own product without written permission
We may restrict or block access if we believe these Terms are being violated.
5. Your Output and Our Content
- Generated files. You may use the GTM container files generated for you for your own sites and your clients’ sites, including commercial use.
- Our content. The Site’s design, text, code, theme, graphics, tool logic, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from them without permission, except as these Terms allow.
- Trademarks. Google, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. TagManagerBuilder is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
6. Information You Submit
If you give us your name, email address, or other information, our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. You grant us permission to use your tool inputs only as needed to run and improve the Service.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense, and may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, products, or practices, and your dealings with them are your own responsibility.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that generated containers will work on every site, theme, plugin, or platform version, or that they will produce complete or accurate tracking data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business, including damage caused by faulty tracking, broken tags, or data inaccuracies, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed [USD 100 / the amount you paid us, which is zero for free use]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including how you deploy tracking on your own or your clients’ websites.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe breaches these Terms or harms the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Bangladesh], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [DHAKA, BANGLADESH], unless mandatory consumer laws where you live provide otherwise.
